Usage
/sdd.change <spec-id> [reason for change]Arguments

Behavior
The AI writes a change proposal through conversation:
- Analyze existing spec
- Identify change scope
- Generate delta (ADDED/MODIFIED/REMOVED)
- Impact analysis
